Improving public healthcare through e-health

The conference will take place at the Ridgeway Hotel, Randburg-Johannesburg. Importance of integrating of E -health into South Africas public healthcare system.

Conference Objectives:

To highlight the benefits of implementing e-health in a South African context
To improve healthcare delivery inter alia transforming the relationship between the physician and patient
To share knowledge and experiences amongst stakeholders in telemedicine in an effort to bridge the digital divide: sharing ideas and opinions, educating health professionals on how to use the internet and how to make electronic information readily available, reduce the cost involved by traveling long distances for treatment.
To address challenges facing e-health by coming up with practical solutions
