TOP facilities functioning (%)

Definition	Percentage of functioning TOP facilities. Numerator: Number of designated facilities providing termination of pregnancy services. Denominator: Total number of designated TOP facilities. Note that data may be reported for the public or private sectors or total (public and private). Objective: Increase TOP provision from 30% to 75% of facilities.
