Rural and Remote HealthRural and Remote Health, is an international, electronic journal of rural and remote health education, practice and policy. The journal's aim is to provide an easily accessible, peer-reviewed, international evidence-base to inform improvement in health service delivery and health status in rural communities. The multidisciplinary, international Editorial Board reflects the five major thematic areas of the journal: rural health practice, policy, status/research, health education and indigenous health. The journal welcomes submissions in the form of original research; review articles; clinical case reports or reviews; policy, project or conference reports; personal views; book reviews; biographies of/tributes to/obituaries of important figures in the field of rural and remote health. Letters to the Editor are accepted in the form of discussion posted on the on-line Forum at the journal site.
