The National Portfolio Committee on Health with the assistance of the Reproductive Rights Alliance, will be holding a review of the Implementatation of the 1996 Choice on Termination of Pregnancy Legislation in Cape Town from the 6th to the 8th of June.

The National Portfolio Committee on Health with the assistance of the Reproductive Rights Alliance, will be holding a review of the Implementatation of the 1996 Choice on Termination of Pregnancy Legislation in Cape Town from the 6th to the 8th of June. The National Portfolio Committee on Health invites submissions that address aspects of the implementatation of the Act, and not on the validity of the Act itself.The Committee are particularly interested in issues of access to services, particularly for rural women, the impect of the legislation on women's health, and issues quality of care. If you would like to make a submission, please submit a summary of the submission by Monday 22nd May 2000.
