Regional STI Project Admin Support

We have a vacancy for the following position in our Research Programme for the Regional STI Project
(1 year contract renewable depending on performance and/or need for position)
LOCATION : PRETORIA
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Secretarial support to Snr Project Co-ordinator and Project staff
- Analyse and process claims for submission to the Finance Section
- File and keep all records
- Book travelling (flights and car hire) arrangements
- Organise meetings, workshops and conferences (including travel and accommodation)
- Screen incoming mail
- Petty cash register
- Assist with compiling and submitting reports and funding proposals
- Post/courier documents
- Reception
- Order and manage stationery supplies
- Record minutes of meetings
REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualifications
- Matriculation certificate or equivalent
- Post matriculation administration related qualification
- Experience
- Five (5) years experience in the relevant field
- Competencies
- Administrative systems design and development skills
- Office administration and management (including time management)
- Ability to compile reports and proposals
- Organisational skills
REMUNERATION :
A salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications and in line
with the HST's Job grading will be offered to the successful candidates.
